Is a hair set included in the plan?

Yes, all plans include hair styling. Makeup is an additional charge (2,000 yen).

What should I do if I can't return the item on time?
返却時間が間に合わない場合はどうしたらいいですか。

Can you speak English or Chinese?

Yes, our staff can speak Japanese, English and Chinese, so please don't worry.

Can I request a photo shoot as well?
撮影も頼めますか。

Yes, we do offer professional photography. However, we cannot prepare it on the day, so please let us know your preference as soon as possible.
